Living foods A living body needs living foods. It cannot survive on anything dead. The decomposing from dead foods have already started it’s just a slow process. If you plant a seed it will grow into something beautiful and if you bury a body it will produce maggots on the decaying flesh. Let that marinate, no pun intended Are fruits Acidic? All high watery fruits are Alkaline even if the fruit is Acidic before eaten. After Digestion is what counts and not before. When fruits have been assimilated it is the cellular waste that determines whether your lymphatic system will be oxygenated or stagnant. An oxygenated Lymphatic system means the cellular waste was an Alkaline Ash and a Stagnant Lymphatic system means the cellular waste was an Acidic ash. These are important measures to measure health or toxicity. For the ones who don’t know what the Lymphatic system is it is the sewer system of the body.

Do we need 102 minerals Why are we the only ones who are trying to get 102 minerals! This doesn’t make sense to me! It seems like we believe everything we hear or read! Everything I write about health you should also question it by using your own critical thinking skills! 102 minerals don’t resonate with me. We are beings that do not need a complex diet! Simplicity is the key! Nature is very simple! You don’t see the animals in the wild searching for 102 minerals they just eat the diet that was designed for their species and they thrive with no deficiencies! But we silly humans are trying to get everything that man told us we need! We don’t even care if the minerals are rock minerals we just seem to care about that we are getting it! There are 1000s of nutrients on the planet! Do we need them all? No, we don’t! The human machine is very sophisticated and it will run optimum on less! The key to being healthy is to eat simply and not complex! A human machine is a complex machine but it runs on simple ingredients. If you are the type who are taking supplements or trying to get 102 minerals and you are still sick it’s time to change or rethink your regiment. I have said it a 1000 times supplements are a waste of money. I wanted to update Orvel Douglas on my no vitamin challenge. I had been taking several daily.. But when I ran out of a couple of them about a month or more ago- you suggested I give them all up completely. Since my money is funny right now- I did. The results are– I feel just as good without them!!!! Maybe better. And one of my main indicators that whole foods is working for me is my nails!!! Ok I know they are not long … #Yet. But I’ve struggled my entire life with very short brittle nails– no white of the nail showing at all. Constantly breaking off. Very thin. I was taking some of those vitamins to help with my skin, hair and nails. Biotin I think it was… ANYWAY… Yea- my nails are growing! I know it doesn’t seem like much but trust me!!! What i eat on a fruitarian Lifestyle I’m getting many inbox messages asking me what type of fruits I eat, how much I eat, do I eat a certain type of fruit which as more amino acids to build muscle, how many calories am I eating in a day, do I drink water?
Here is my answer.
I eat the fruit that I am craving for at that moment.I eat until I’m satisfied whether it’s 2 mangoes or 10 then I’ll stop. I don’t eat by the clock, I eat when I’m hungryI never ever count calories or try to reach a caloric quota.Their is no such thing as a super fruit they are all super in their own right. All fruits contains amino acids which are the building blocks of life. I limit my fatty fruits like Avocado and coconuts. This is what keeps me ripped all year round. My aim is to keep my carbs high, fat and amino acids (protein)super low.Since becoming a fruitarian I have found that I do not need to drink water because of my high intake of watery fruits. I never get thirsty when eating fruits especially in the summer months.
The only time I ever get thirsty is if I eat a raw meal.

The reality of the matter is that if you don’t do some kind of strength training you are going to get weaker and weaker as you age. Don’t believe the hype! Yes the earth may not be mineral rich like thousands of years ago but it’s absurd to think that you can’t get everything you need. We are so far removed from nature that this blueprint we were programmed with as been lost in the hype of the modern world. Everyone is trying to supply themselves with individual nutrients so they are eating this food to get that nutrient and they still end up being depleted. The body is very unique the way it works it’s just not a cut and dry situation. My advice is eat simple. Eat foods that will keep your body in an elimination stage. Fruitarian lifestyle is not about fasting I am seeing many people fasting for long periods of time while they are on fruits. They have no energy and getting very strong Detox symptoms. Let me set the record straight. The Orvel Douglas 31 day fruit feast as nothing to do with intermittent fasting, Dry fasting, water fasting. This fruit feast is about eating when you’re hungry and stop when you are satisfied. You can eat as much fruit as you like this is why its called a fruit feast. People on this feast are fasting and getting sick. Dry fasting and water fasting should only be done by people who have followed a raw diet for a long time. This isn’t something one should jump into coming from a cooked diet. When you have followed a raw diet for a while your body will naturally do this!
