Professional Journey
My health journey has been a progressive one, starting after 25 years of being a French Executive Chef, in early 2000 I became a vegetarian, vegan and finally a plant-based chef in the last 17 years. I discovered highly raw/cooked plant-based food as a result of research. I started to study and research everything around with plant based nutrition whatever the benefit of raw food / cooked food, Ayurvedic juices, plant-based diet and how to reverse diseases in general using my own experience and knowledge.
